When you connect your bank accounts, you are also agreeing to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Plaid's services or any issues arising from their service.

All content, features, and functionality of Envelup (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Envelup and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the financial data and information you enter into Envelup. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Data Accuracy:
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that transaction data imported from banks (via Plaid) is 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying all financial information.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envelup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your user profile. Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
