• Bank account integration via Plaid
• Transaction reconciliation
• Subscription management

Important: Envelup is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Account Creation:

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You must verify your email address before using the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Account Security:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Log out when using shared or public computers

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

Envelup is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future with advance notice to all users. Any pricing changes will be communicated clearly, and you will have the option to accept or discontinue using the service.

Plaid:

When you connect your bank accounts, you are also agreeing to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Plaid's services or any issues arising from their service.

Other Third Parties:

We may integrate with other third-party services (email providers, hosting services, etc.). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

All content, features, and functionality of Envelup (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Envelup and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the financial data and information you enter into Envelup. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

By You:

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your user profile. Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

By Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You use the service for illegal activities
• You pose a security risk
• We are required to do so by law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Envelup after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Envelup shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of confidentiality obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Envelup and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
